My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a great view and was very clean, but there were some issues with the balcony door not closing properly. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Neide who stood out. The location was amazing, right across the street from the beach, but the dining experience was lacking in variety and quality. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
